Directors of the First City Bank of Commerce are required by the
Fed to have a certain minimum number of hours of training
annually.
Last Sunday, for the second time, we took
directors out on the Kaizen, for a training cruise. It was good
way to get several people in one place at one time in a
“pleasant environment”.
This
time, Captain Trent asked me if it was OK if he “trolled a
couple of baits” while we were training in the Kaizen’s Salon.
The picture you see above is one of our director’s, Reid
Simmons, who landed this 65 lb, 6’ 6” Sailfish which we of
course released. Lynn Smith, our bank’s BSA officer and office
manager was the photographer.
